Refund policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before buying — by completing checkout, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

1. Digital Products: All Sales Final

Because our products are digital files delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been issued. We are unable to "take back" a digital product once it has been delivered, and we cannot verify whether a copy has been retained.

2. Your Statutory Right to Cancel — and Why It Doesn't Apply Here

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers normally have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases. This right does not apply to digital content where the customer has agreed to immediate delivery.

By placing an order on our store and clicking through to complete checkout, you:

  • expressly request immediate delivery of the digital product, and
  • acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel as soon as the download is made available to you.

This is consistent with UK and EU consumer law for digital content.

3. When We Will Issue a Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • The product was not delivered. Your download link did not arrive, or did not work, and we are unable to resolve the issue within five working days of you contacting us.
  • The file is faulty or corrupted. The file fails to open in standard software (Adobe Acrobat, Apple Books, or comparable PDF readers) and we cannot supply a working replacement.
  • The product was duplicated. You were charged twice for the same item due to a payment-system error.
  • At our discretion. In exceptional circumstances we may issue a goodwill refund. This is a discretionary decision and does not create a precedent.

4. When We Will Not Issue a Refund

For clarity, the following are not grounds for a refund:

  • you changed your mind after downloading the product;
  • you found the same content elsewhere for less or for free;
  • you didn't read the product description or felt the product wasn't what you expected (please read product descriptions and any free previews carefully before purchasing);
  • the product didn't produce the health, weight, or lifestyle results you hoped for;
  • you bought the wrong product by mistake (we may, at our discretion, swap to the correct item);
  • you are unable to follow or apply the content for personal reasons.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under Clause 3, please contact us at support@carnikit.com within 14 days of purchase, with:

  • your order number;
  • the email address used at checkout;
  • a clear description of the problem.

We will respond within five working days. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 working days.

6. Chargebacks

We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us first — we are reasonable and will work with you. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your customer record being flagged and future orders being declined. We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks with documentary evidence of delivery and these terms.
