These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of carnikit.com and any digital products you purchase from us. Please read them carefully. By using our site or buying a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

References to "we", "us", and "our" mean Earnovex Ltd. References to "you" and "your" mean the person placing an order or using the site.

2. Eligibility

By using our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Our products are intended for adult readers.

3. Our Products

We sell digital products only — including ebooks, PDF guides, meal planners, recipe books, cheat sheets, and trackers. All products are delivered electronically as downloadable files. We do not ship physical goods.

Product images, page counts, and descriptions on our store are provided in good faith. Minor variations between the listing image and the final delivered file are not grounds for a refund.

4. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

Our products are educational and informational. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

The carnivore diet, like any significant dietary change, may not be appropriate for every individual. Conditions including but not limited to pregnancy, breastfeeding, eating disorders, kidney disease, gallbladder issues, and various metabolic conditions may make a meat-based diet unsuitable or require medical supervision.

Before making changes to your diet, you should consult a qualified medical professional, particularly if you are taking medication, managing a chronic condition, or have any concerns about your health. Any dietary action you take based on the information in our products is taken at your own risk. Earnovex Ltd is not responsible for outcomes resulting from your use of any information contained in our products.

5. Placing an Order

When you place an order on our store:

  1. You submit an offer to purchase the product at the listed price.
  2. We confirm receipt of your order by email.
  3. A binding contract is formed when we send you the download link or delivery email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or breach of these Terms.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices on this site are set and processed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP £), the official currency of Carnikit (a brand of Earnovex Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom).

If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, our store may display prices in your local currency (USD, CAD, AUD, or NZD) based on the prevailing exchange rate, with rounding applied for clarity. These local prices are shown for your convenience only and are not the final transactional amount.

At checkout, the displayed local price will be converted, and your payment will be processed and charged in GBP. The exact amount debited from your account will depend on your card issuer's or bank's exchange rate at the time of the transaction, which may differ slightly from the rate displayed on our store. Your bank or card issuer may also apply a foreign-transaction fee or currency-conversion fee. These fees are determined by your bank and are not collected by, retained by, or refundable through Carnikit or Earnovex Ltd.

Refunds, where applicable under our Refund Policy, are issued in GBP at the original purchase amount. Where a refund is returned to a non-GBP account, the converted amount you receive may differ from the original local-currency price you saw at purchase, due to exchange-rate movements between the date of purchase and the date of refund. Carnikit and Earnovex Ltd are not liable for any shortfall arising from such currency fluctuations.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these currency and payment-processing terms.

Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT for UK customers. International customers may be subject to local taxes, which are their own responsibility.

Payment is taken at the point of order through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

7. Delivery of Digital Products

Delivery is handled electronically. After payment is confirmed, you will receive an email containing a download link or access instructions. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details on download timing, link expiry, and what to do if delivery fails.

8. Licence and Permitted Use

When you purchase a Carnikit digital product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use licence to use the file for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Specifically:

You may:

  • download and store the file on your own devices;
  • print copies for your personal use;
  • reference and apply the content in your own life.

You may not:

  • resell, sub-licence, or redistribute the file to anyone else, in whole or in part;
  • upload the file to file-sharing platforms, public websites, social media, or AI training datasets;
  • modify the file and present it as your own work;
  • use the content as the basis of a competing product, course, or service;
  • remove or alter our branding, copyright notices, or attribution.

Each download is licensed to a single individual. If multiple people in your household wish to use the product, that is fine; if you wish to share with a wider audience (e.g., a coaching client list), please contact us about licensing.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our store and within our digital products — including but not limited to text, images, photography, design, layouts, logos, and the Carnikit name and trade dress — is owned by Earnovex Ltd or licensed to us. All rights are reserved. Nothing on the store or in any product transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

10. Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree not to use our store for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or scrape content for commercial purposes.

11. User Reviews and Submissions

If you submit a review, testimonial, or other content to us (whether on our site, by email, or on our social media accounts), you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that content in our marketing and on our store, with attribution to your first name and location only (or as you specify).

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and the site are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of our products. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the site.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, our total liability to you in connection with any product or your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses, including loss of profit, loss of goodwill, or loss of data.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Earnovex Ltd and its directors, employees, and agents against any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our products.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our store at any time for breach of these Terms. On termination, your licence to use any previously purchased products remains valid as set out in Clause 8, provided you continue to comply with the licence terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of our products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in the EU or elsewhere may have additional rights to bring proceedings in their local courts under applicable consumer law.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to your order. The current version is always available on our site.
