Shipping policy

Digital Delivery Only

All Carnikit products are digital downloads. We do not ship physical goods, so there are no postage costs, no customs forms, and no waiting for couriers. Your order is delivered to your inbox.

How Delivery Works

  1. You complete checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider (Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal).
  2. You receive an order confirmation email. This typically arrives within a few minutes of purchase.
  3. You receive a delivery email containing your download link(s). For most orders, this also arrives within minutes.
  4. You download your files. Click the link, save the PDF to your device, and you're done.

You can also access your downloads at any time by logging into your account on our store.

Delivery Time

Delivery is normally instant — within five minutes of payment. Occasionally, delivery may be delayed by up to a few hours due to email server processing or, very rarely, a payment that requires manual review. If you have not received your delivery email within 24 hours of placing an order, please check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us at support@carnikit.com.

File Formats

Most products are delivered as PDF files, optimised for both screen viewing and printing on standard A4 or US Letter paper. Some products may include companion files in additional formats (e.g., spreadsheets in XLSX or Google Sheets). The exact format is listed on each product page.

To open and print our PDFs, we recommend:

  • Adobe Acrobat Reader (free, all platforms)
  • Apple Books or Apple Preview (Mac/iOS, built-in)
  • Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome (Windows, built-in PDF viewer)
  • Google Drive (any device with a browser)

Download Link Validity

Your download link remains active and accessible from your account for as long as your account exists. You can re-download the files at any time. We recommend saving a backup copy to your own cloud storage (Dropbox, iCloud, Google Drive) as soon as you receive your order.

Problems with Delivery

If your delivery email doesn't arrive, the link doesn't work, or the file won't open:

  1. Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. Add support@carnikit.com to your safe senders list.
  2. Try downloading from a different device or browser. Some corporate firewalls block download links.
  3. Contact us at support@carnikit.com with your order number, and we will resend the file directly.

We typically resolve delivery issues within one working day.

International Customers

Because our products are digital, there are no international shipping fees, customs duties, or import taxes. Where local VAT or sales tax applies (for example, EU consumers, where applicable), it will be displayed at checkout.
